How to Order

Step 1:

You send us your design and we clean it up if needed, and assess the best way to embroider or print it onto your custom polo shirts, hats, towels, or other apparel. For embroidered designs, you may send us your designs in any image file format. (Jpeg, tiff or png) Adobe Illustrator (AI) or Encapsulated Post Script (EPS) files are required for screen printing projects.

Step 2:

If this is your first order with us, or if you are a returning customer placing an order with a new design, we will send you a digital proof and ask that you approve it before we begin with the embroidery process. If you’re placing an order with the same design of any quantity we will not send the proof unless you request it at the time of ordering.

Step 3:

We send the design off to our embroidery team, who will quickly and precisely hoop and sew your brand onto your selected products. We ensure that each piece goes through quality assurance check, wherein we clean and trim any additional fabric or stitch to ensure complete and total accuracy.

Step 4:

We ship the order right to your door, or you can come by for your orders in our store. You will receive your order, fall in love with them, have your staff or team wear them with pride, and share good reviews and post nice things about us on your social networks
